    You pick the design

    Open the gallery and play the designs until you find the one that looks like your occasion. Then you type the names, the date, and the venue on the same screen, and you watch it change as you type.

    You add your guests

    Type the names one by one, import a spreadsheet, or pull them from your contacts. Group them the way you already think about them, his family, her family, friends, so sending and following up stay simple.

    Each guest's name inside their own design costs nothing extra.

  3. 03Us

    We send two messages to each guest

    The first message is the invitation itself, arriving as an image or a video with the guest's name inside the design, not as a blue link. The second is that guest's entry pass, and it follows once they confirm.

    A long list takes a while, and we say how long before the send starts.

  4. 04Your guest

    Your guest replies, and you see it

    A guest replies from inside the message itself, and the reply lands with you straight away. You see who is coming, who apologised, and who has not answered, and you know the real headcount before you book the tables.

  5. 05You

    On the day itself

    At the door, your staff scan the guest's pass from their phone. The name comes back, and the pass closes behind them. A forwarded pass opens no door.

Plenty of halls have no coverage inside. The scanner downloads the list before the door opens, and it checks a pass on the device itself.

No. The invitation and the pass arrive in WhatsApp like any other message, and they open with one tap.
Sending starts right away and you follow it name by name. A long list takes minutes, and you watch the progress as it goes.
