Legal
Acceptable use
Other documents
This Acceptable Use Policy sets the rules for using Azayemna. It is part of the Terms of Service. Breaking it can lead to suspension or termination, and unlawful conduct online is also an offense under UAE law, including the Cybercrime Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021).
Use Azayemna lawfully
Use Azayemna only for lawful purposes and in line with the Terms and the applicable law. Do not use it to plan or promote anything illegal.
Do not
- Upload or send content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, hateful, or deceptive. UAE law criminalizes online fraud, digital defamation, and the spread of false information.
- Impersonate another person or business, forge a sender identity, or set up a misleading account or page. Impersonation and forgery online are offenses under the Cybercrime Law.
- Send spam, phishing, malware, or other harmful code through the service.
- Gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data, or probe, scan, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service or the systems behind it. Unauthorized access is an offense under the Cybercrime Law.
- Violate another person's privacy, or capture, publish, or misuse a person's data without a lawful basis.
- Bypass credit limits, rate limits, sign-in controls, or upload restrictions.
- Upload a file type the service does not accept, or try to disguise one as an accepted type.
Guest data and messaging
Only upload guest details you are allowed to share, and only use them to run your own event. Do not misuse a guest's contact details for anything the guest did not agree to. You must have a lawful basis and, for marketing, documented prior consent to message your guests, and you must honor opt-out requests promptly, as required by the UAE rules on unsolicited electronic communications.
Templates and platform
Do not extract, copy, resell, or redistribute Azayemna's invitation templates, motion assets, or other parts of the platform outside the service. Templates are licensed for use inside your own events.
Security
Protect your sign-in method. Tell us through Support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or end access when this policy is broken, especially where there is a security, legal, or safety risk. Where the law requires it, we may report unlawful activity to the competent authorities. Where reasonable, we will ask you to fix the issue first.
